- 2:10-3:10PM - Virginia Legal Ethics 2020: Issues and Updates in Professional Responsibility, by L.O. Natt Gantt, II, Esq.
- 3:20-4:20PM - The New Rule 3A:11 of Criminal Discovery, by Hugh E. "Teddy" Black, III and Damian J. "D.J." Hansen
- 4:30-5:30PM - Best Practices from the Bench, By judges of each Chesapeake court, moderated by Benjamin Hoover

The conference and social are both complementary for members (including Judges, Clerks of Courts, Delegates, and Senators). For non-members, the conference (including the social) is $50.
