- 2:10-3:10PM - Virginia Legal Ethics 2020: Issues and Updates in Professional Responsibility, by L.O. Natt Gantt, II, Esq.
- 3:20-4:20PM - The New Rule 3A:11 of Criminal Discovery, by Hugh E. "Teddy" Black, III and Damian J. "D.J." Hansen
- 4:30-5:30PM - Best Practices from the Bench, By judges of each Chesapeake court, moderated by Benjamin Hoover
